“Fishing on the Labrador”

Description

The A&J Humby lands two fishermen at Goose Cove and heads for Labrador to hunt seals and trap cod. The crew are all named. They had a good summer. "We're a crowd of bold sharemen."

Notes

The one line refrain is shared with "A Crowd of Bold Sharemen," an entirely different ballad about a summer of conflict. A shareman shares in expenses and profits. - BS
