“Adams's Crew”
Description
A few of the characters on Adams's crew of lumberjacks are described.
Notes
The "moniker song" consists mostly of listing the names of one's compatriots, and perhaps telling humorous vignettes about each; it's common among lumberjacks, hoboes, and probably other groups. This song was collected from two of the characters chronicled in it. - PJS
